What Is an 18.2 Learnership?

The 18.2 learnership is targeted at unemployed individuals who meet the required qualifications but have not been employed in a formal learnership programme. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will qualify as artisans, equipped with a trade certificate recognized by industry and trade bodies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Entering into a learnership agreement with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA).
