Roles and responsibilities

Role Mission
Ensure the precise and efficient management of accounts receivable by maintaining accurate invoicing records, integrating payments in a timely manner, and resolving discrepancies quickly, contributing to reliable financial information and a solid cash flow.

Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and issue invoices in compliance with internal procedures. Integrate payments, remittances, and tax adjustments into the financial systems. Monitor outstanding invoices, manage accruals, and identify potential irregularities. Ensure accurate data extraction and export, and support internal reconciliation processes, contributing to the accuracy of financial reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional to join our Finance team. This role requires strong ownership of the daily accounts receivable activities, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial records, effective monitoring of outstanding balances, and full compliance with Bourbon’s internal deadlines. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the reliability and efficiency of our financial processes.

We are seeking a colleague with an academic background in Accounting or Management, along with previous experience in similar functions. Good proficiency in Excel and Oracle systems is important. The ideal candidate demonstrates solid analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment is also a critical requirement for success in this position.
