Roles and responsibilities
Warehouse Management
Manage full warehouse operations independently: receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, transfer, reintegration, and scrapping of materials
Ensure all stock movements are performed, recorded, and controlled in compliance with procedures
Expected outcomes / KPIs:
Stock accuracy (physical vs system)
Material availability for operations
On-time execution of stock operations
Stock Integrity and Control
Ensure alignment between physical stock and ERP records
Monitor stock discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions
Maintain proper storage conditions, preservation, and traceability
Organize and execute physical inventories (cycle counts and annual counts)
Prepare inventory reports and ensure reconciliation with ERP (Oracle or equivalent)
· Propose and justify adjustments

Warehouse Operations and Safety
Ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse organization
Optimize storage layout, space utilization, and material flow

Coordination with Central Stock Organization
Act as the local focal point for:
Logistic Director
Head of Stock
Stock Coordinator
Ensure proper communication of stock status, risks, and constraints
Provide reliable data and feedback to support global stock visibility

Timeliness and quality of reporting
Issue escalation effectiveness
Logistics – Level 3 (Autonomy)
Ability to manage logistics flows at site level, including coordination of inbound/outbound movements and optimization of warehouse operations
Information Systems – Functional (ERP / Oracle) – Level 3 (Autonomy)
Ability to operate, validate, and control stock transactions in ERP systems, ensuring alignment between physical and system stock and resolving discrepancies
HSE Culture – Level 3 (Autonomy)
Ability to ensure full compliance with HSE rules, promote safe warehouse operations, and prevent incidents
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
COMPETENCES
Inventory and Storage – Level 3 (Autonomy)
Ability to independently manage and control stock operations, ensuring accuracy, traceability, preservation, and compliance with group standards across all warehouse activities
Transversal Competences (IT, Languages, soft skills…)

Ability to act as a key interface between local operations and central stock organization, ensuring clear and effective coordination

Ability to manage warehouse activities independently with high standards of accuracy, structure, and discipline
