Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for updating and monitoring databases in the source systems: Task Assistant and ERMEO for PMP and UPMP.

Ensures the creation of UJs (Unscheduled Jobs) based on the collected R8 reports.

Conducts regular visits aboard ships during PMPs and UPMPs to monitor and update records of new equipment installed on board.

Develops and revises maintenance procedures and work instructions, and defines: tasks, outsourced operations, estimated durations, consumables, etc.

Monitors maintenance tasks nearing their due dates to plan interventions in advance and ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule, thereby preventing any tasks from becoming “overdue”.

Participates in, collects, and drafts proposed responses to OVID audits and to the closure of observations and nonconformities identified in Class, flag, and ISM audits.
