Account Executive (Parkmore)

Job description

RCK is a dynamic creative agency building meaningful brands through smart strategy and bold design — and we’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Account Executive to join our team.

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating creative projects, and ensuring exceptional delivery across multiple campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with an Account Manager, Account Director, and Business Unit Director to bring ideas to life and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the client service team with day-to-day project and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate project briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with creative, design, production, and strategy teams to produce high-quality work.
• Track resources and deadlines, manage feedback, and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Assist with financial processes including estimates, invoices, and PO follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in an advertising or creative agency.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
• A strategic mindset paired with creative problem-solving ability.
• Passion for advertising and keeping up with industry trends.
• Experience using CHASE or Trello is advantageous.
