Lucky Hustle  is looking for a talented Mid-weight to Senior Art Director. We need someone proficient across various industries and mediums, with special expertise in digital design and animation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and traditional media.
• Collaborate with copywriters, other designers, account execs and creative directors to create cohesive campaigns.
• Ensure all visual content meets brand standards and client expectations.

• This is a contract role with the opportunity of becoming permanent
• Hybrid role (office location: Paulshof, Johannesburg).

Requirements:

• Agency experience is a necessity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – mainly Adobe Photoshop, After Effects (animation) and Illustrator – proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D and InDesign are a bonus.
• Strong proficiency in animation/motion graphics and illustration 
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking to create and land ideas.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and design with purpose and rationale.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality creative work in tight deadlines.
• Conceptualise and deliver fire designs & creative concepts for digital and traditional media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and creative integrity.

Unicorn

• Proficiency in 3D design (Blender or Cinema 4D)
