Auto Electrician

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an Auto Electrician to be based at a Mine in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

• Installs and repairs electrical systems and accessories on heavy earthmoving equipment including CAT, Bell, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Volvo.
• Diagnoses and locates faults using meters, test instruments, and circuit diagrams.
• Tests, reconditions, and replaces faulty alternators, generators, starter motors, voltage regulators, and batteries.
• Operates hand tools, drills, grinders, lathes, presses, and other specialized equipment on complex machinery.
• Adheres to all relevant safety legislation and reporting procedures, and performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• A Valid Trade Certificate in Automotive Electrical
• 5 years post trade experience doing maintenance on earthmoving equipment
• Valid Driver’s License
