As part of Alviva Shared Management Services, this programme offers hands on experience to IT graduates. Gain practical skills, mentorship and exposure to real business environments preparing you for a successful career in ICT.

What You'll Do:

• Engage in classroom and workplace training sessions.
• Complete assessments, projects and logbooks.
• Develop your technical skills and earn vendor certifications.
• Uphold company policies and demonstrate professionalism.

Who Should Apply:

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• South African citizen aged 18–35.
• No prior full-time work experience necessary.
• Not currently enrolled in any other internship, learnership, or academic programme.
• Passionate about technology with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Behavioral Skills:

• Eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Accountable and professional work ethic.
• Excellent time management and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
