A well-established international organisation specialising in enhancing customer journeys, travel assistance, and loyalty programmes is looking for a Back Office Team Lead to ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations.

:
✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in back-office operations, administration, customer service, or support environments.
✅ At least 1–2 years’ supervisory or team leadership experience.
✅ Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven or contact centre environment is advantageous.
✅ Exposure to quality assurance, reporting, or process improvement is preferred.
