Job Description
Location: Midrand
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Basic Administrator. This role will be responsible for providing general administrative support to department.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
– Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
– Assist with coordinating and planning
– Assist with basic admin tasks
– Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required
