The client is looking for a motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer. This is your opportunity to be part of a pioneering business renowned for its technical innovation and purpose-driven work. Responsibilities:

Querying: Managing SSIS packages and maintenance
Transformations: Creating and managing SQL stored procedures
Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving SQL bugs
Data design: Designing and building SQL datasets for reporting
Data handling: Loading and verifying SQL monthly source data
Data analysis: Manipulating and analysing data
Reporting: Running month-end packs in Tableau
Daily reporting: Managing daily SQL data and Tableau reports
Report development: Developing and automating new BI reports

Qualifications and experience:

IT related degree/ diploma / Microsoft certification / Cloud certification.
Proven experience as a BI developer or similar role
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI
Tableau will be a nice to have
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data modelling.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The reference number for this position is NG60562 which is a permanent Hybrid position based in Johannesburg offering a cost to company of R500k to R600k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
