About the role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in understanding, designing, and implementing business processes using proven frameworks and methodologies.

What we’re looking for:

Relevant degree (BCom, BSc, or related field)
Proven experience as a business analyst in a dynamic business environment
Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies (BABOK, Agile, etc.), and tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

What you’ll do:

Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers
Document and present detailed business requirements
Support project delivery through the full project lifecycle
