If so, we have a perfect opportunity for you.  Around About Cars is currently seeking a enthusiastic individual to join our team as Rental Agent with Min 2 years experience.

As rental agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment the walk through our doors to the time they return their rental vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Check outs
• New Bookings
• Vehicle Returns with full inspections
• Answer telephonic and email customer queries and resolve accordingly
• All administration in the department
• Quotations
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Must be willing to work shifts or public holidays should it be required

Requirements:

• Grade 12 National Senior Certificate - a diploma in tourism an advantage
• Valid Drivers License

• Min 2yrs experience in customer service within a similar industry
• MS Office literate
• Good communication skills

• High energy levels
• Presentable and professional
