About the Learnership:
AECI Agri Health is offering a Chemical Process Operator Learner opportunity for candidates aged 18–25 to gain hands-on experience and formal training in chemical process operations. This learnership is an excellent starting point for building a long-term career in the chemical industry.

Location: Modderfontein, Gauteng
Pay Grade: BL
Training: NQF Level 2 Chemical Process Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill and empty bags, drums, and bulk containers

• Load and offload raw materials & bulk liquid chemicals

• Maintain plant housekeeping and hygiene

• Operate plant equipment under supervision

• Complete production and process documentation accurately

• Work safely at heights and in confined spaces

• Perform shift work and overtime as required

• Undergo forklift operation training (must be medically fit)

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)

• Medically fit to work in a chemical plant environment

• Willingness to undergo forklift training
