Clover South Africa is inviting applications for its Customer Service Centre (CSC) Learnership Programme. Successful candidates will receive accredited training while gaining practical experience in Clover's world-class call centre environment.

Upon successful completion, learners will obtain an NQF qualification and valuable customer service experience.

Successful learners will:

Deliver excellent customer service.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Capture and confirm customer orders.
Promote Clover products and special offers.
Support teamwork and daily call centre operations.

Applicants must have:

Grade 12 (Matric) or an NQF Level 4 qualification.
Completed Matric between 2021 and 2025.
A minimum 55% average in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
Advanced computer literacy.
Be currently unemployed.
Not have participated in a learnership before.
