The Clover Graduate Development Programme offers high-achieving graduates an opportunity to launch their careers within our Industrial Business Units.

The programme is designed to build a strong pipeline of future specialists and leaders by providing graduates with structured learning, practical workplace experience, mentorship and exposure to key areas of the business.

Requirements

We are looking for talented, driven recent graduates with an Honours degree or relevant postgraduate qualification in one of the following fields:

• Food Science, specialising in Microbiology or Biochemistry
• Food Science, with Packaging Diploma 
• Engineering, with Packaging Diploma 
• Food Chemistry
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering

The successful candidates should demonstrate:

• A proactive and curious approach to learning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence and appropriate assertiveness
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A results-driven mindset

The Graduate Development Programme runs over 12 months and provides participants with structured exposure to various departments, projects and operational environments within Clover’s Industrial Business Units.

During the programme, graduates will:

• Participate in planned departmental and project rotations
• Gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment
• Work on meaningful business projects and contribute to operational priorities
• Receive structured training, mentorship and ongoing developmental support
• Build technical, professional and leadership capabilities
• Develop a broad understanding of Clover’s operations and value chain
• Explore potential specialist and leadership career paths within the business
