About the Programme

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA), in partnership with the Food & Beverage Manufacturing Sector Education and Training Authority (FoodBev SETA), is offering structured In-Service Training, Internships and Learnerships for unemployed South African youth. These programmes are registered with the FoodBev SETA and provide participants with real workplace experience, practical skills, national recognition, and a solid foundation for future employment in the industry.

The opportunities are designed to help learners transition from education into the workplace, combining on-the-job training with workplace exposure in technical, operational and support functions across the business.

HR Administration Learner – specifically for persons living with disabilities.

Who Should Apply

To be eligible for the Coca-Cola Beverages SA & FoodBev SETA training programmes, you must:

Be a South African citizen

Be between 18 and 35 years old

Be unemployed at the time of application

Have a Matric certificate with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed at a minimum of 40%

Be proficient in English and at least one other South African language (minimum 40%)

Not have completed the same qualification/learnership at another company

Meet employment equity preference criteria (preference given to youth from historically disadvantaged groups, including persons living with disabilities)

For In-Service Trainee positions:

You will also need a letter from your institution confirming your need for workplace experience if you are completing a qualification.
