Cold Store Manager

We are assisting a well-established company in the food production sector is seeking a dynamic Cold Store Manager to take full ownership of their cold storage facility—ensuring seamless operations, strict compliance, and optimal product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cold store operations including receiving, dispatching, and inventory control

• Maintain cold chain compliance to ensure product safety and quality

• Lead and manage a team, driving high performance and continuous improvement

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with industry regulations

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cold storage or warehouse management, ideally in FMCG or food production

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Operations/Supply Chain Management 

• In-depth knowledge of cold chain logistics, inventory systems, and warehouse best practices

• Strong leadership and communication skills
