Commercial Tender Specialist & Project Lead (Fourways)

We are looking for a sharp, high-stakes strategist who understands the numbers, knows how to navigate the complex world of public and private tenders.

This is a unique, hybrid role where your financial acumen or supply chain background meets entrepreneurial execution. You won't just be filling out compliance forms—you will win the business, manage the execution, and profit directly from the success of the projects you secure.

• Identify, evaluate, and unpack public and private tender opportunities.
• Build watertight costing models, manage supply chain risk, and draft compelling, compliant, and highly competitive bid proposals.
• For the right candidate, you won't just hand over the win. You will step up as the Project Lead to run the contract, ensuring smooth    operational delivery, supplier management, and margin control.
• Manage the project budget efficiently to maximize profitability—because your earnings are directly tied to it.

Skills required

• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and highly organized. You see compliance not as a hurdle, but as a competitive advantage.
• A solid understanding of the procurement landscape (experience with public/municipal frameworks and private corporate RFQs is highly advantageous).
• The ability to pivot from analytical planning to on-the-ground project management.
• A strong foundation in finance, or supply chain management. You must know how to read a balance sheet, calculate true margins, and negotiate with suppliers and clients. 

This position features a performance-based earning structure where your compensation is linked to the tender value and project profit margins.
