Content Strategist/Planner and Community Manager (Johannesburg)

Lucky Hustle (www.luckyhustle.co.za) is looking for a Mid to Senior Content Strategist/Planner and Community Manager who lives and breathes digital culture to start as soon as possible.  You’ll manage brand communities, create meaningful engagement, and spot trends before they break. You will need to be proficient in a range of industries (especially Telco).

Responsibilities:

• Manage communities across TikTok, X, IG, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Track performance and report insights
• Engage audiences with authentic tone
• Build content strategies and publishing calendars
• Collaborate with creative + accounts to bring content to life

Details:

• Contract: 3-month with the option of the role becoming permanent
• Location: Hybrid (Paulshof, Johannesburg)

Requirements

• 6+ years in content strategy or planning
• Proficiency across various industries (especially Telco) and mediums
• Strong digital + social knowledge
• Strategic thinker with excellent collaboration skills.
