Job Title: Control Room Manager

Location: Fidelity Security Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Control Room Supervisor to oversee our security operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in control room operations, management experience, and be PSIRA registered as Grade A. The candidate must also possess reliability, trustworthiness, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate control room operations
– Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
– Respond to security incidents and emergencies
– Manage a team of control room operators
– Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols
– Maintain accurate records and documentation
– Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders

Requirements:

– Proven experience in control room operations
– Previous management experience in a security setting
– PSIRA registration as Grade A
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
– Reliable and trustworthy
– Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
