Job description

What we are looking for: An inspiring and hands-on Creative Lead.
What you will do:
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of designers, content creators and multimedia producers
- Conceptualise and design integrated creative campaigns
- Manage the full creative process from idea to execution across digital, social, web, activations, in-store and live events
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative for tech business and its 60+ represented brands
- Oversee production quality, ensuring creative excellence and cost efficiency
- Champion innovation, encouraging bold ideas and a challenger mindset within the team
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance creative quality and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital and product teams to ensure creative aligns with business goals and performance metrics
- Deliver creativity that builds brand equity and drives tangible business results
What you must have:
- Grade 12 with a relevant creative degree or diploma (advantageous)
- 5+ years in a senior creative or creative lead role within an agency or in-house environment
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multi-channel campaigns
- A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, storytelling and executional skill
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, creative production and emerging AI tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
