The CDI is looking for a dynamic and insightful Creative Process Facilitator to help individuals and teams unlock their full innovative potential. In this role, you will lead the delivery of the Making Futures Project, while supporting the ongoing activation of creative workshop processes in the CDI Makerspace. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled facilitator who thrives on fostering creativity, building alignment and driving meaningful results in a collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing an annual programme for the making future project | plan and implement other creative workshop activations of the makerspace | design and facilitate collaborative, material and process-led programmes with a focus on circularity and regenerative design practices | monitor and report on activities carried out in the project and the makerspace | manage the budget, service providers and other resources related to activities.
The successful incumbent will require:
Degree in a relative field | at least 3 - 5 years relevant working experience | experience in facilitating collaborative, creative or making processes | experience in a makerspace workshop or fabrication environment | strong programme coordination and facilitation skills | A high level of visual literacy | strong programme coordination and facilitation skills | experience in design, craft, heritage or storytelling projects | knowledge of circular design and sustainable practices.
