About the Role
This is a sales-led customer role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, process, and measurable results. You’ll be part of a high-growth D2C brand where methodical follow-up, objection handling, and commercial awareness are core to success.

If you’re motivated by conversations that convert not just by answering tickets this role will suit you. You’ll engage with new and existing customers across Europe, driving upgrades, resolving post-purchase queries, and turning every interaction into an opportunity.

What you’ll do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls and follow structured sales methodology (rapport, discovery, positioning, close).

  • Identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.

  • Handle delivery, product, and warranty queries with professionalism.

  • Maintain disciplined CRM notes and consistent pipeline follow-ups.

  • Meet or exceed daily contact and conversion metrics while upholding brand tone and service quality.

You’ll fit if you

  • Have proven outbound or consultative sales experience especially with UK or EU consumers.

  • Understand frameworks like SPIN, Challenger, or solution-selling (or have your own refined process).

  • Thrive on persistence, accuracy, and accountability, not chance.

  • Communicate naturally and confidently in English (spoken and written).

  • Are self-organised, tech-savvy, and able to work independently from home.

Desirable

  • Experience with D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.

  • Familiarity with Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.

  • Typing speed 35+ wpm.
