Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
10+ years’ experience in Data Science, AI, or ML roles
3+ years plus in a leadership role
Experience deploying ML models in production using AWS (SageMaker, Redshift ML, Glue, Lambda)
Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL
Knowledge of predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation systems, or forecasting
Leadership experience and ability to mentor high-performing teams

Responsible:

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML and AI solutions
Build and operationalise MLOps frameworks for scalable models
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
Ensure ethical AI practices, explainability, and governance
Inspire and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers
