Dealer Relationship Consultant – Motor Partnerships
George, Western Cape | Call Centre /On-site

Are you naturally good with people, confident on the phone and ready to build a career in sales and relationship management?
Dotsure is looking for an energetic Dealer Relationship Consultant to support and grow relationships with motor dealerships across South Africa.
You don’t need years of account-management experience. If you have worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, telesales or another fast-paced, people-focused environment, your skills could be a great match.

What your day will involve

• Speaking to motor dealerships and building trusted relationships
• Following up regularly and keeping your dealer partners engaged
• Helping dealerships with questions and ensuring they receive excellent service
• Identifying opportunities to generate and grow business
• Managing your daily calls, follow-ups and sales pipeline
• Working towards clear individual and team targets

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have matric (minimum requirement)
• Communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
• Are comfortable making calls and starting conversations
• Enjoy working towards goals and seeing the results of your effort
• Can stay organised while managing several priorities
• Bring energy, resilience and a willingness to learn
• Have experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service—although this is not essential

Requirements

Experience in the motor industry would be helpful, but it is not required. We’re more interested in your attitude, potential and ability to build strong relationships.
