As a Senior Back-End Engineer / Architect, you’ll be designing and building scalable, secure, cloud-native systems that power everything from high-volume apps to AI-driven decision engines.

What You’ll Do:
• Architect and develop robust, scalable back-end systems in Java & Spring Boot
• Design cloud-native solutions with AWS and containerised deployments
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs for performance and reliability
• Work with PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Kafka in modern data-driven stacks
• Apply SOLID principles & design patterns to produce clean, elegant code
• Mentor teams and shape overall system design & technical strategy

What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of proven back-end development & architecture experience
• Deep Java & Spring Boot expertise (core concepts + design patterns)
• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven design
• Advanced database skills: relational + NoSQL, query optimisation, data modelling
• Hands-on with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• A problem-solver who values elegant, scalable architecture
• Tertiary qualification in IT preferred
