- Comfortable explaining ideas to clients, designers and developers

- You’re here to build ideas people can interact with.
We’re looking for someone who sits between creative, UX and tech - someone who can take a simple brief and turn it into something engaging, trackable and built to perform.
What you’ll do
- Turn briefs into interactive digital experiences
- Conceptualise ideas across web, mobile, QR, gamification and emerging tech
- Design user journeys that drive engagement and data capture
- Work closely with developers to bring ideas to life
- Think beyond visuals: mechanics, flows and system
- Contribute to pitches, prototypes and live campaigns
You’ll likely have experience as:
An experience designer / creative technologist / interactive creative / UX designer (with campaign work)
Tools and exposure
- Figma / Adobe Suite
- Basic understanding of web + mobile flows
- Bonus: gamification, QR journeys, AR, AI tools
