Job description
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform digital campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads – including Performance Max).
- Create, schedule and manage social media content and lead-generation ads.
- Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, and visuals in line with campaign goals.
- Manage Google Ads setup, targeting, bidding, and tracking, with ongoing optimisation.
- Produce SEO-optimised blogs and newsletters per month; manage email campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Track, capture, and report leads in structured Excel/CRM format.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely approvals and brand consistency.
Skills and competencies
- Proven expertise in social media advertising, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of visual content alignment.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and conversion optimisation.
Essential qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- 3–5 years’ experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation.
