Electrical Engineering Foreman

Hire Resolve’s Client, a reputable mining company in Mpumalanga, is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Foreman to join their mining team. 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• N3 or Grade 12 qualification.

• Recognised trade qualification as an artisan (Section 13B, 26D, or Red Seal Certificate in Electrical).

• Previous experience as an Electrical Engineering Foreman would be an advantage.

• Valid certificate of physical fitness.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.

• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Excel, Word, and email.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with AC and DC winders.

• Ability to interpret and understand electrical diagrams for winders.

• Familiarity with medium voltage pump systems.

• MV competent, with at least 5 years of experience in tasks such as cable phasing, switching operations, following switching procedures, MV reticulation, cable jointing, and fault diagnosis related to power failures or trip-outs.
