Electrician Manager

An established Property Development Company is seeking an experienced Electrician Manager to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical installations from start to finish (A–Z) on new builds
• Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Lead, manage, and motivate on-site electrical teams
• Ensure compliance with all electrical regulations, procedures, and safety policies
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to deliver high-quality builds
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to management

Key Requirements:

• Electrical Trade Certificate / NTC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Installation (tertiary qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in luxury/high-end property development construction
• 3-Phase Wireman License (proof required)
• Own reliable vehicle
