Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary ENA

Education and experience required:

? Grade 12

? Certificate as an Enrolled Assistant and registered with SANC

? Previous experience within a hospital / Sub-Acute facility

? Experience in Geriatric Care

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

? Works directly under the supervision of a Reg Nurse

? Work within the Nursing process to provide direct Nursing Care to assigned patients

? Direct patient care within his/her scope of practice

? Function as part of the team

? Provide the highest patient care

? Effective maintenance of equipment

? Good reporting skills

? Good reporting skills
