Successful YES participants may:

Perform administrative duties.
Support finance and procurement teams.
Assist Human Resources departments.
Capture and maintain records.
Support daily office operations.
Gain valuable workplace experience.

Applicants must:

Be South African citizens.
Be between 18 and 34 years old.
Have Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
Be unemployed.
Not be studying full-time during the programme.
Not have participated in the YES Programme before.
Not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than one year.
