Successful YES participants may:
- Perform administrative duties.
- Support finance and procurement teams.
- Assist Human Resources departments.
- Capture and maintain records.
- Support daily office operations.
- Gain valuable workplace experience.
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Be between 18 and 34 years old.
- Have Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
- Be unemployed.
- Not be studying full-time during the programme.
- Not have participated in the YES Programme before.
- Not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than one year.
