Field Service Technician

A distributor of Technogym fitness equipment in Southern Africa, offering a range of professional and commercial equipment for health and fitness, is seeking a Field Service Engineer with a passion for the wellness industry. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in line with Technogym standards.

• Maintain a high First-Time Fix Rate (FTFR) of 80-95%.

• Complete accurate service reports and assist with digital troubleshooting and installations.

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.

• Complete all required e-learning modules and certifications (Levels 1-3).

• Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all company tools and vehicles.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification: A non-negotiable qualification in Software/Network Configuration or Engineering.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of technical equipment such as air conditioners, copiers, printers, or wellness/fitness equipment.

• Skills: Proven ability in both mechanical and digital troubleshooting, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

• Other: A valid driver’s license is required.
