Finance Administrator – Cape Town

An established office automation company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator with strong debtors and creditors experience on Pastel Accounting (Pastel Essential).

Key responsibilities:

• Full debtors function: invoicing, statements, allocations, collections
• Full creditors function: capturing invoices, supplier reconciliations, payments
• Maintain accurate records on Pastel Essential
• Debtor analysis and follow-ups
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end procedures
• Resolve customer and supplier queries
• General financial administration

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a finance/accounts role
• Pastel Accounting (Pastel Essential) experience – essential
• Solid experience with both debtors and creditors
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Location:

• Cape Town, Western Cape

Salary: Market related (based on experience)
