Job Description
Job Title: Fleet Administrator

Location: FSS Phillipi Office (Cape Town)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administrator with a strong background in fleet administration to join our team. This individual must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain the company’s fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and overseeing repairs
– Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
– Develop and implement efficient processes for monitoring and managing fleet operations
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
– Coordinate with drivers and other team members to effectively manage fleet logistics
– Handle all administrative tasks related to fleet operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting

Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of experience in fleet administration or a related field
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
