Graphic Designer (Pretoria)

Location: Pretoria
Work model: Hybrid (1–2 days working from home)
Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 p/m

Our client is a long-standing, family-run South African coffee roastery supplying premium coffee to major retailers, independent cafés and hospitality outlets nationwide. Having just completed a full rebrand, they're entering an exciting growth phase, building towards becoming a household coffee brand loved across the country.

What the job involves:

• Rolling out and maintaining brand assets consistently across the business
• Designing internal and external communications, presentations and documents
• Producing brand collateral: print, packaging, POS, brochures and zines
• Creating sales tools, sell-in materials and trade assets
• Supporting e-commerce, digital merchandising and online campaigns
• Producing social media content, campaigns and ongoing creative
• Preparing artwork for print and digital, and checking/signing off colour and print proofs

What you need to be considered:

• Fluent in Afrikaans
• A strong conceptual and visual thinker with meticulous attention to craft
• Confident working within an established, complex brand system, and equally confident creating new work within it
• Comfortable managing a high volume of varied work across departments, and prioritising to hit deadlines
• Experience preparing artwork for print and digital, including colour/print proof sign-off
• A collaborative, proactive, accountable working style
• A portfolio link in your CV showing brand system execution alongside a mix of print/packaging and digital/social work — no portfolio, no response
