What You Will Do:

  • Participate in a structured 12-month insurance learnership programme.
  • Complete practical and theoretical learning modules.
  • Gain workplace exposure and hands-on industry experience.
  • Engage in interactive learning activities and development opportunities.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced industry professionals.
  • Work towards achieving a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 Insurance Qualification.

What You Will Bring:

  • Be a South African Citizen, between the ages of 18 and 28
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Communicate fluently in English
  • Listening Skills
  • Integrity
  • Stress tolerance
  • Distractibility resistance
  • Not currently studying
  • Not registered for any Learnership program
  • Currently unemployed
  • Computer literacy is an advantage
  • Completed Matric/Grade 12

Application Criteria:

  • Passed English – 60% or higher and one other language
  • Passed Maths – 50%
  • Passed Maths literacy 60% or higher
