HR Business Partner

Hire Resolve’s Client, a reputable mining company in Gauteng, is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their mining team. 

:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

• Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management.

• At least 6 years of experience in human resources, including a minimum of 3 years within the mining sector.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong active listening abilities.

• Proven experience in business planning and effective management practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional networks.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
