Influencer Campaign Manager (Cape Town)

We are looking for an influencer account/campaign manager to plug into our team to manage multiple campaigns across our client pool. You'll be working in the retail, FMCG and alcohol spaces in delivering well-executed influencer campaigns that yield results for our clients.

Job spec:

• Influencer sourcing and discovery
• Managing influencer contracts and onboarding
• Have a distinct understanding of influencer strategy and work with our senior team in merging these strategies with the overarching creative.
• Day-to-day management of influencers, influencer campaigns and influencer accounts
• Reporting on influencer campaigns through the use of our industry-leading tools
• Organising influencer drops and the logistics around this with our production team
• Comfortable with clients (Bonus if you are able to present with our team)

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience sourcing, vetting and managing influencers
• Must have at least two years of agency specific experience
• Good negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of social channels and trends including TikTok and Instagram
• Must have managed budgets (including reconciling)
• Must have google application experience, and be able to assist in putting creative and strategic decks together.
• Must have own vehicle and driver's licence
• Knowledge of influencer management tools and any PR experience/understanding would be advantageous
• Must be a team player
• Must be results-driven
• Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns across our client pool
• Cape Town-based role (HYBRID, and negotiable)
