Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with experience in the mining sector to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will contribute to mining projects, ensuring accurate cost management, budgeting, and project support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project budgets and cash flows
• Support senior QSs in contract administration (JBCC, NEC)
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
• Work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure deliverables
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the team
• Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, and quality standards

Requirements:

• BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying (University of Bloemfontein or University of Pretoria only)
• Pr.QS or RICS registration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with MS Projects, WinQS, and DimX
• Relevant mining project experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
