We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Developer to join our team, contributing to the ongoing development of our CRM platform and client-facing portals used by advisers nationwide. Reporting to the Development Manager, you will play a key role in both internal systems and customer-facing solutions

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain components of the CRM platform and client-facing portals in collaboration with external software partners
Contribute to the development of Android and iOS client applications
Drive improvements in the current architecture and support future system design
Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the development lifecycle
Write clean, efficient, and secure code with a focus on performance optimization
Contribute to DEVOPS efforts and industrialization of solutions
Work closely with Business Analysts, Testers, and external development teams
Provide exceptional service to internal and external platform users
Follow best coding practices while contributing to continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

A relevant tertiary qualification
Experience in software development within the financial services industry
Proficiency in CRM and client portal solutions
Experience with Android and iOS development
Strong C# and PHP development skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

The reference number for this position is PM60757 which is a permanent Hybrid position based in Cape Town offering a cost to company of up to R400k per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
