Main Purpose of the Job
Pam Golding Cape Town North is looking for motivated Individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate with an internationally recognised brand. The focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of marketing and selling residential properties.

Applicants must be living in the Parow/Bellville area of Cape Town, and must have a valid drivers license and their own reliable vehicle.
Applicants must also have their own laptop.

*In accordance with the PPRA, all prospective candidates must be prepared to apply and pay for their FFC and enrolement into the required NQF4 qualification. Prospective candidates must also be able to financially support themselves for the first few months, until commission can be earned.

Key Responsibilities
Listing / Marketing / Selling residential properties
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities
Promote sales through advertisements and show houses to possible buyers
Completing necessary agreements and mandate documents
Perform comparative market analysis to determine estimated value of properties
Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys and mortgage originators
Remain knowledgeable about real estate, negotiation processes and legal requirements
(The above will be performed with the assistance of a mentor / full status agent.)
