Must-have skills and experience:

Well rounded developer with 5 to 8 years’ solid development experience
Back-end and Full Stack Development
Experience directing AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as part of the development workflow
Java certification - advantageous
AWS certification - advantageous

Strong advantages:

Java
NodeJS
Typescript
Python

Advantageous skills:

AWS
Solid understanding of RESTful API development
Experience with version control using Git
Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
