Jnr Setter

A leading plastic packaging manufacturer is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Jnr Setter to join their production team. If you have hands-on experience in stretch/blow moulding and are ready to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing environment, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate stretch/blow moulding machines to meet production targets

• Conduct changeovers and minor maintenance on moulding equipment

• Ensure machines are operating efficiently with minimal downtime

• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards

• Work closely with the production team to meet shift objectives

Minimum Requirements:

• N3 Mechanical qualification (essential)

• Hands-on experience with stretch/blow moulding processes

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Willingness to work shifts and as part of a team
