We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing / Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has hands-on experience creating content, posting on social media platforms, and managing websites using WordPress. Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging content using Canva for social media, and other digital platforms.
- Schedule and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) following the content calendar.
- Assist with website updates and content management using WordPress.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide basic performance reports.
- Collabrate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Canva – creating graphics, social media posts, banners, etc.
- Social media management experience – posting, scheduling, and basic analytics.
- WordPress experience – updating pages, creating posts, uploading media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Preferred (but not required)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
