We are looking for a hands-on Lead Front-End Engineer who is passionate about clean code, performance optimisation, and crafting seamless user experiences. This is a senior-level individual contributor role where your technical depth matters more than team management.

You won’t just manage a backlog, you will write complex business logic, influence architectural direction, and set the benchmark for front-end engineering excellence within the team.

Requirements:

Deep expertise in React.js (lifecycles, hooks, state management)
Strong proficiency in ES6+ and TypeScript
Experience with modern styling approaches (Styled Components, Tailwind, SASS, CSS)
Solid experience with front-end testing frameworks
Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
Ability to architect robust, scalable, and decoupled solutions from feature requirements
