Maintenance Engineer (East Rand)

Responsible for the mechanical and electrical installation, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of high speed sheetfed lithographic printing presses and finishing equipment in a top quality printed carton manufacturing environment.
The role focuses heavily on maintaining peak operational efficiency, minimal downtime, and high output quality across the printing machinery, die cutter and folder gluing lines.

Required:

• Min grade 12/matric plus degree/diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
• Machine maintenance experience gained in a printing and / packaging manufacturing environment
• Good working knowledge of Heidelberg presses and Bobst converting equipment
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001, 
• Able to work extended hours
• Own transport
• Must come from the printing sector, with good working knowledge of  printing converting equipment
