Job description

Requirements:

• A Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably Facilities Management, Security Services or B2B industry experience.

• Experience in managing ATL and BTL campaigns from concept to completion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, social media platforms).

• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Regional Business Development Executives to develop annual and quarterly and marketing plans that align with the national promotional calendar

• Coordinate ATL and BTL promotional activities to support business growth objectives

• Manage marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.

• Assist in the conceptualisation, design, and rollout of advertising campaigns across print, radio, outdoor, and digital platforms.

• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Manage relationships with creative agencies, printers, media partners, and suppliers.

• Coordinate stand-downs, corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and client functions.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional activations in target regions.

• Manage on-site branding and ensure maximum visibility for the company.

• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance ROI.
