Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Mechanical Foreman Winders to be based at a mine in Mpumalanga!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996).
- Oversee and perform safe, efficient mechanical work to meet deadlines and reduce risks.
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead and coordinate a team of mechanics while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Keep detailed maintenance records and implement preventative maintenance plans.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A valid Mechanical Trade Certificate
- 5 years’ experience on winders
- 3 years’ experience as a Mechanical Foreman
- Valid Driver’s License
